Registration Fees

Registration Includes:

• Admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, poster sessions and exhibition.
• Award banquet, three lunches, one dinner and coffee breaks.
• Conference program book and conference bag.
• Publishing fee for one paper.

Note: Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are required to present valid student identification when picking up the registration materials or when registering on-site. Post-docs are not considered students.

Extra Publishing Fees

RMB 500/USD 75 for each paper

Extra publishing fee RMB 500/USD 75 for each paper (extra publishing fee should be paid if publishing more than one paper but no more than three).

Meal Fees

Award banquet ticket: RMB 280/USD 45 each.

Lunch or dinner ticket: RMB 150/USD 25 each.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the POEM 2018 Conference Secretariat (poem@mail.hust.edu.cn).

Before or on October 15, 2018, 50% of registration fee will be refunded.

After October 15, 2018, no fees will be refunded.

取消和退款政策：

取消和退款请求必须以书面形式发送至POEM 2018会议秘书处（poem@mail.hust.edu.cn）。

在2018年10月15日(含当日)之前，50％的注册费将被退还。

在2018年10月15日之后，将不退还任何费用。
